ServiceMaster Janitorial is a independently owned and operated franchise — which means the crew in your building and the person who answers when something goes wrong are both local, and both accountable to you by name.
The ServiceMaster Clean name carries a national infrastructure behind it: standardised training, vetted chemical and equipment programmes, and a brand reputation with decades behind it. None of that is worth much on its own — a national logo has never once cleaned a break room.
What actually happens in your building is run locally: the supervisor who walks it with you, the crew who is background checked before they hold a key, and the quarterly inspection someone local sits through with you. National standards, a local person who owns the outcome.
